I like the extra length rather than just 60 minutes is 70+ minutes. It was delivered in a timely fashion and nice packaging. It is relaxing and have some variety in it. I like that it is approved by Beth Shaw and she is a well-known in the yoga industry. I’m going to use this to work out with share it with my friends. The price is very good and it was good quality. I would buy from this seller again without hesitation.

It's always easy to judge a recording artist AFTER the artist is gone. BUT, when you are talking about the absolute BEST slide guitarist to every play, it's a no brainer. Duane Allman was like Alvin Lee - there was no one that could touch 'em for what they could do with a guitar. When one thinks of the slide, they think of the one and only Duane Allman. Just to hear him play rock, hillbilly, or blues on his slide will bring tears to anyone who calls themselves a rock aficianado. The late Lonesome Dave Peverett and still alive George Thorogood pay homage to this great. One of the All Time Best
This is the ultimate example of Duane's great work. This guy, probably more than anyone, was responsible for the birth of southern rock. Here he is heard working with all the Blues, Rock, and Soul greats that he contributed his unparalleled guitar work to. There also is a Volume 1 available. If you are a fan of Blues and Slide Guitar, you will want this in your collection.
