Great Season of an Epic Series
McLeod’s Daughters is an awesome Australian TV Series that is a must see for anyone who enjoys adventure, romance and beautiful scenery. Season 6 was a must have for me to complete this series set of 8 seasons. Thanks to eBay I have been able to locate and purchase the DVDs appropriate for my Region 1. The soundtrack for this series is filled with original songs that are relevant to the events in the series. The wardrobe/make-up effects are perfect in depicting the farm/ranch lifestyle ...My favorite of all time.McLeod’s Daughters is an awesome Australian TV Series that is a must see for anyone who enjoys adventure, romance and beautiful scenery. McLeod's Daughters, Suprises all around!
If you started with the first season and was hooked, then this will add to your collection! It has suprises left and right, be prepared to laugh, cry and be left wanting the seventh season to hurry up and come out. Nick comes home, Jodie is part owner of Drovers and Rob is shot...I won't say any more, you'll justs have to see it to find out what your missing! I love this show, there is nothing on U.S. tv like it, don't know why they called it quits on this show, but it is one of the best shows I have seen. There are a few questionable moral issues, but the bond of friendship, loyalty to family and a love of the land that they call home makes this show one that the whole family can enjoy. Season Six
Love this series and the characters. Even though many of the main characters are leaving, season six much better than five especially with the development of Jodi as a McLeod. Moira and Riley bring fresh story and support to the "family". Wish this series had finished with a better "wrap up" in season eight as it seemed rushed and abbreviated. A TV movie 10-years later followup would be great.Love this series and the characters.
