OUR GOODS
 
The majority of the goods we sell are new but we will also list items that are in good condition which are used, ex-display or reconditioned and we will clearly state this in our listings so that as a customer you know what you are buying.
 
COMMUNICATION IS KEY
 
If you have any questions regarding an item that we are listing or any issues with an item that you have purchased from us, please e-mail us via eBay in the first instance.
When you contact us please ensure that you provide the item listing number as this will ensure we can answer correctly.
 
Please contact us to resolve any issues before leaving negative feedback.
 
POSTAGE EXCEPTIONS
 
Items may be collected in person from our business address or delivered using any of the services stated in the item's postage options with these exceptions:
 
Royal Mail
 
If using Royal Mail as a carrier, we will post to any of their destinations using their timeframes as a guideline. Please note that we cannot send items to any of the Channel Islands via Royal Mail Standard Parcels.
 
Other Courier Services
 
If we are advertising the use of other couriers to deliver an item, then additional postage costs may apply to the following areas:
• The Scottish Highlands and Islands
• Northern Ireland
• The Channel Islands
• Isle of White, Isle of Man and all other islands off the mainland UK
• Non-UK Countries
 
If you live in one of these areas please make contact with us via eBay messaging before bidding or purchasing and we will quote you a price for postage. If you do not tell us then we reserve the right to ask for additional payment for delivery or refund you in full (if applicable) without sending the item.
 
Please note that all items purchased on weekends and bank holidays are, in most circumstances, dispatched on the next working day.
 
PAYMENTS
 
If the item is an auction, please do not offer to buy it now as we prefer our auctions to run their course
Our prices include packaging costs. We do not charge any more than what the packaging materials cost us and we endeavour to keep these costs to a minimum.
 
UNDELIVERED ITEMS
 
If an item is sent out and the courier has attempted a delivery and you are not at the address to receive it then a note or card will be left at the address advising of how to collect the item or how to get the item redelivered. If you make no attempt to collect the item or rearrange its delivery then the item will be returned to us. This will result in an additional postage charge being incurred which may be more than the original postage cost. We reserve the right to charge you this secondary postage charge before re-delivering the item. Should this happen to you we will contact you and let you know the charges for your specific item’s redelivery. This charge will be based on the total package weight. You will of course have the option to cancel the order and we will refund the cost of the item minus the original postage if you wish to do so.
 
Winning or purchasing any item constitutes your acceptance of the above.
