    Its Garps view of the world and the people existing in it.

    John Irving is a really out there writer...GARP is an interesting view of life from an interesting writer..this is my third Irving book.. Enjoy binge reading authors, will purchase another book by Irving soon

    The story is still relevant in 2006 as it was 1970's

    I read this story because I remember my parent's watching the movie & wanted to know what it was about. I was compelled to complete the book in record time & felt the story was as current now as it was then. Great reading.
