Josh Groban's Debut CD has 13 great songs.
I did not see Josh Groban on "Ally McBeal". I didn't hear his songs when they first played on adult contemporary stations back in late 2001. I was listening to contempory Spanish music at that time (and I still am). Then one day about two years ago, I first heard "You're Still You". It blew me away. It's exactly the kind of song I love, a stirring ballad. I later heard "To Where You Are" and I was hooked on Josh's music. He instantly became one of my top 10 recording artists of all time. His debut CD, which was released on November 20, 2001, has 13 songs including the two awesome ballads mentioned above. If you are a student of the Italian language, you will find his Italian songs very helpful in inspiring you to continue your studies. Josh ... I did not see Josh Groban on "Ally McBeal". Josh Groban, born February 27, 1981 in Los Angeles, CA, is the reason I began studying Italian and French. There are five Italian songs on his first CD including "Canto Alla Vita". There is also a very beautiful song in Spanish called "Alejate". The last song is "The Prayer" with Charlotte Church. The lyrics are not included with the CD but the lyrics are available at most Borders stores and many music stores. I would also recommend his second CD called "Closer", which was released on November 21, 2003. If you are into beautiful music and awesome love songs, give Josh Groban a chance. A soothing CD
At work they play CD's, a lot of oldies but goodies but they also played a few songs that were so soothing a the voice was just beautiful. I thought I had to find out who this was and believe it or not on my home from work I heard the same song and found out his name and started looking for his CD. But no luck around here so I looked on ebay and there was his CD. It is one of my favorite listening CD's I just wish he sang in English more. Some of the songs were in a different language but he has a wonderful voice and even in a different language it is beautiful! How can you go wrong with buying any CD from Josh Groban. Some songs by artist might take a while to grow on you, but this is not the case with Josh unless you don't like this type of music. We saw him live at the Greek Theater in Hollywood Hills and it was the night they filmed it for his DVD "Live at the Greek".How can you go wrong with buying any CD from Josh Groban. Some songs by artist might take a while to grow on you, but this is not the case with Josh unless you don't like this type of music. Josh Groban Never Fails to Amaze
Seriously, words can't describe how good Josh Groban's albums are! You have to experience them yourself. And you will wonder why you haven't listened to his music earlier! HE IS THE BEST! When I first heard his voice, my jaw droped to the ground, I immediately listen to more of his songs on youtube, and I knew then... I was hooked! Ever since the day when 17-year-old Josh Groban sang in public for the first time, he's continued to amaze with his gifted voice. Since then he's sold over 27 MILLION albums, all of his albums went Multi-Platinum. If you're still debating whether-or-not to buy his albums, go listen to samples of his songs on amazon/itunes, and you'll be hooked, just like I was. (Songs I highly recommend trying out first are February ... Seriously, words can't describe how good Josh Groban's albums are! You have to experience them yourself. And you will wonder why you haven't listened to his music earlier! HE IS THE BEST!
