Product Information

One of television's longest running game shows makes its first appearance on Nintendo DS with Ubisoft's The Price is Right. Shopping savvy players can participate in the following 16 activities, each viewed from a first-person perspective: "Cliffhangers," "Punch-A-Bunch," "Plinko," "Flip Flop," "Hole-in-One," "3 Strikes," "Shell Game," "Bonkers," "Race Game," "Range Game," "Freeze Frame," "Push Over," "It's in the Bag," "Master Key," "Money Game," and "Check Out." The game follows a similar format to the television show, with onscreen personas bidding on various consumer items to earn a shot at competing in a mini-game and spinning the big money wheel. Lucky winners will participate in the "Showcase Showdown," bidding on item collections to become the game's top prize earner. Up to four players can pit their proficiency in price pinpointing against one another.

Shipping quality and speed were both great, unfortunately the game crashes whenever you attempt to start a match, franchise etc. and is unplayable. I would be more upset if it was a game of higher value.

    PRICE IS RIGHT!

    I enjoy playing the nintendo games whild I am recovering from several surgeries. The Price Is Right game on television provides a fun outlet so when I saw this game, I thought it would be great to have. I do enjoy the game. It is likable. My grandchildren play it also. It has its differences that can create pleasing laughter. It isn't alot like the television version though. This isn't a problem with us. I think everyone said this is a good change to play.

    I always wondered what it'd be like to go on the game show. Well I don't need to know anymore, cause I can imagine me being there. Great value

    Just like on TV!

    The Price is Right....the game is just like you see on TV! My daughter and I love this show and wanted to play it at home. This game requires the player to read what needs to be done, read the item descriptions (you see a picture too), and how to play the pricing games. A little hard for my 6 year old to play on her own, but we have fun together playing, bidding & winning. Once my daughter gets used to the screens and how to play the pricing games she can play on her own. She won't be able to bid accurately but I did show her how to bid a dollar and know that will win with it sometimes. She loves to spin the wheel!

    I was sort of let down....

    This game doesn't inclue all that many of the pricing games and once you get to earn a certain amount of money your level doesn't go up anymore...and I got to that level the very first day I played! Also it's like three strikes...you play and play as you win but each time you mess up...like if you don't win the bid to get up to play a game you get an X, three X's and you're out...how is THAT like the real show?! This game is interesting but it's disappointing in MANY ways!
