Was trying to make this phone work!!!
Got this phone thru ebay cellular country and had it stored in my bedroom. When I was about to use it, I charged it first, (heck) only car charger was with the shipment, but then Nokia phones have universal charger, so I was able to find one. Now my problem is I can't have it work, I am at present emailing the seller, Cellular Country and haven't gotten a reply yet. I am so sorry for myself, if this cellphone would not work. I think next time I have to think twice if ever I gonna buy older model like this. By the way, I also went to the internet for nokia's operating manual, can't find this model maybe because it is too old. Even the turn on switch of the phone, I don't know where it is located. This Review is for the Nokia 3310 3G, Not the Original 3310!!
There seem to be many confused people on eBay who are writing reviews for the original Nokia 3310 (which came out in the early 2000’s) and applying them to the new 3310 3G. This is a brand new phone, people! The form factor is a “throwback” to the earlier classic. I have a couple of these phones (the original, and this new one) and the 3310 3G does exactly what I need. Call quality and reception is great, if a little tinny (what do you expect with such a teeny microphone and speaker) and the phone is durable and easy to use. Works on most major GSM networks; compatible with T-Mobile in the USA, and you can browse the internet on it if you really want to... don’t know why you would though. I love the bright colors, the cute style, and the basic “phone” function. Super easy to use. I would ... Nokia 3310 Refurbished Phone
It is an old nokia 3310 (which was refurbished), but it's quite nice. It has a nice condition, and fully works. The keypad on it has some chinese characters. It has some small scratches. Also, the battery is not new one, so when i used this phone for four hours (without turning off) it turns off. It came with 240v charger, so if your country is using 110v, you might need an adapter. Also this phone uses a micro sim card. If you are going to use this phone for messaging and phone calls, you will need sim card adapter.It is an old nokia 3310 (which was refurbished), but it's quite nice. Nokia 3310 Mobile Phone (refurbished)
Purchased to replace defunct Nokia Model 5130 for occasional pay-as-you-go use on Orange. Requirement was for low cost, easy-to-use, reliable and good battery life. No need for WAP, colour display, or camera. User interface is brilliant - very intuitive. Replacement batteries are inexpensive, if required. A classic that does the job.

When I received the phone, I turned on and it worked. I tried to make a phonecall, but it turned off. It made me a little worried first. But I read the instructions on the internet and according to that, I should charge it first, so it's possibly alright. But the instructions also said, it should work on charger too and when I tried to make that call on charger, it turned off again! After one hour charging I managed to call, so I'm relieved, it's working, but I'm not sure it's the way it should. When I checked the details of the product, I found that on the picture you can see inside the phone under the battery: Made in Finland, but on what arrived, there was: Made by Nokia, what I find delusive. The Nokia logos both on the front and behind looks cheap for me as you can see on the picture ... When I received the phone, I turned on and it worked. I tried to make a phonecall, but it turned off. One about Li-Ion, one about NiMH. I received with Li-Ion. It was not in the original 3310 user guide, so had to search for information about proper usage in another type of Nokia with the same type of battery. It recommended 3 hours 50 minutes for full charge. I did it and after 40(!) minutes, it says battery exhausted and turns off. If it's made by Nokia instead of Finland or it's not clear what kind of batery comes from, it's deceptive which is not nice, but who cares generally if you got a working product?...
