Unless specified as “as-is, non-returnable,” we honor a comprehensive money-back guarantee for returns initiated within 60 days, or longer by a pre-agreed arrangement, from the day the buyer receives the item. We do not necessitate a reason for returns. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was misrepresented.
