Unless specified as “as-is, non-returnable,” we honor a comprehensive money-back guarantee for returns initiated within 60 days, or longer by a pre-agreed arrangement, from the day the buyer receives the item. We do not necessitate a reason for returns. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was misrepresented. An item returned outside its return window is not eligible for a cash refund.
 
If a buyer provides detailed reasoning that an item was not accurately represented, we will either cover the return shipping costs or provide a full refund without necessitating a return. Any returned product should be in the same condition as received and with original packaging intact. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
