When purchasing our products you are agreeing to abide by our terms and conditions along with eBay’s terms and conditions / policies.
 
All of our Brand new products are 100% Genuine and in Manufacturer’s Packaging unless stated differently on item listing. In most cases we send products still sealed and never opened by Wildflower Trading unless we believe additional protection is required to ensure the product is safe during transit. If applicable products will come with original manufacturer’s paperwork e.g electronics.
 
Wildflower Trading does also sell used and collectible item which are described as per listing description. All possible care to describe the product as clearly has possible is taken along with multiple photo's to back up the description and give the seller as much information as possible to what they are purchasing.
 
Payment
 
Payment methods accepted are - PayPal, Cheque and Postal Order
Please pay for your product(s) ASAP after purchase. If no payment received within 3 working days Wildflower Trading will attempt to contact you and if still no payment may have no option but to report to eBay. This is always a last resort and has to be done to ensure we get a credit for the eBay fees.
 
Delivery Expectations
 
Products will be dispatched within 1 working day and sooner when possible. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. You may received communications from Wildflower Trading outside of these hours. As an example if you order Tuesday at 8pm your product(s) will be dispatched no later than Thursday. Wildflower Trading use a range of different courier and postal services, if the courier or postal service provides a tracking number this information will be uploaded to the eBay system so that it is shared with you to track the parcel. Express postage option is available on most products.
 
Upon Delivery of your Product(s)
 
Please ensure you inspect your product(s) upon delivery. If you have any issues such as damage please contact Wildflower Trading via eBay message ASAP. We must notify the courier of damage in transit within 2 working days of delivery. We may require digital photograph so if this could be included via the first eBay message it will save time and allow Wildflower Trading to deal with your concern quicker resulting in a faster resolve.
 
Depending on the type of damage Wildflower Trading may request to collect the product from you via a pre-paid courier to be delivered back to Wildflower Trading. You would be required to re-package the product in readiness for it to be collected via the courier. A replacement product or refund will be provided.

If the product is not has described please contact Wildflower Trading via eBay message and we will resolve for you ASAP.

    Excellent biscuits and conveniently packaged

    This is sensible and waste conscious and a quality product - I bought it because i cound't get to a supermarket, but it is better, so I shall continue to buy it . Catering packs on line make good economic sense - I shall just put in a bit more storage space. If catering suppliers address themselves to good online prices then I shall never need to go to a supermarket again - joy! Take the business back from the big chaps. JMM

    great for bridge clubs

    I started buying the border mini packs just after the covid lock down for the bridge club I help run. the player really like the biscuits with their tea or coffee. before lockdown we used to buy normal size packets and players used to remove the biscuits form those packs. now they use the individual packs knowing that no one else has touched them.

    Handy size, tasty biscuits

    First tasted these biscuits in a B&B in Hebden Bridge and never forgot how wonderful they were. Overjoyed to find them for sale. Rather expensive way to buy biscuits but an indulgence I can allow myself as they are very handy and taste great.

    Great for sharing safely

    Bought as a gift for my niece to take into the hospital where she works for her to share with her NHS colleagues Thought the individual packets would be more hygienic than a big packet. Arrived on time and in good order. Thank you
