Better than the rest
Amazing results: It's late 2016 and there are so many Audio Interface devices on the market that do all the features to get a good studio recording in your home but none of them compare to what this compressor brings to the table. First of all, you can dial in your mic impedance level the PRO MPA II and add as much gain and compression with this PRO VLA II. Direct link both channels and get a clear audio finish before it reaches your DAW. This compressor can also be used in a live performance and make things sound great with no peaking very good to add to the channel strip of DJ's who use active speakers. Running your Midi controller output audio through here first can save you thousand in blow powered speakers. Overall it works and gets the job done. KEY POINT Let your ears be your ... the tube was used in a Digitech Valve FX unit, I wanted a tighter more compact overdrive and that's just what i got, I also picked up some good usable volume.. I am not sure if I should have gotten an A series with the heater or not? I did pick up some clarity as well, maybe a little more brightness? its a good tube so far so good, this valveFX unit uses only 1 tube, my other Digitechs like the 2112 and the 2101 use 2 and my guess there would be MASSIVE improvements across the board in those.. people have to know that your different tubes lend to different characteristics and just because a JJ or whatever will last a certain amount of time doesn't mean its the BEST tone wise, its so much larger in tube amps, your headroom, the tightness of your compression and OD, the speed.. some ... the tube was used in a Digitech Valve FX unit, I wanted a tighter more compact overdrive and that's just what i got, I also picked up some good usable volume.. TRY some better tubes and I mean the GOOD tubes not names the industry tosses around cuz they are cheap and they make big money off em, try some these hi end Genelex, Telefunkin, so forth, see what happens.. I personally guarantee you they will change your world if you are a serious player and have a relatively decent tube amps, even the shoddiest of amps can a good tube transpose into a fine amp, maybe some filter caps and its ON like donkey kong! try these tubes, you WILL NOT be disappointed.. industry lore proves they have lasting power in the worst of conditions being pushed weekend after weekend.. read up on the data sheets of your various tubes, this IS a quantifiable facet, they can tell you which tubes will lend more headroom, blistering cleans so on and so forth, quietness.. the worlds players need to do something about this travesty they call good music in the popular genres, its pathetic shenanigan under thought and embarrassing as a human to call this good music!! we as musicians have a duty even if its just waking the neighbors up with a creamier, warmer, crunchier tone! get your self a full chassis full of Genelx Gold Lions and change the world!

High quality 12AX7s bring great sound
These tubes look perfect and sound perfect. I bought a matched pair of them from Viva Tubes to replace the 12AX7 tubes in Pro-Ject Tube Box phono stage. I feel a sensible improvement of sound, for instance in bass weight, as well as the overall transparency and detail.

Worth the price
I've entirely re-tubed my Hughes & Kettner head with Genalex Gold Lion Tubes, and the difference from the ones that came from the factory is very noticeable. Singing distortion, terrific responsiveness to touch. They may be a bit pricey, but are clearly a superior component.

Great tubes!
These have outperformed all of my other tubes so far which include Mullard reissues, Tung-Sol reissues and PsVane. They are being used in the preamp stage feeding 4 Sylvania 6sn7 NOS “bad boy” tubes and the power tubes are Genalex Gold Lion KT88’s. The amp is a Yaqin MC100B
