  The earrings are lovely and as pictured. They have an iridescent quality about them. I may make them into two pendants and give one as a gift. As for customer service, it couldn’t have been better. I received the incorrect pair in the first mailing and within minutes after contacting the seller I was contacted with an apologized for the error and an exchange was started. Purchase and the exchange process together only took about 10 days. That is EXCELLENT customer caring and service.

  Beautiful quartz crystal pendant received in perfect condition! I was originally sent a different quartz pendant than was pictured in the listing. After a few messages back and forth with the seller, we realized there was a glitch in his system. Seller allowed me to return the pendant and immediately sent the correct pendant that was photographed in his listing. Refunded return postage. Glad we could work things out!
