1.5 We do not ship to Cuba, Sudan, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Syria, Somalia, Ghana, Rwanda, Congo, Zimbabwe, Uzbekistan & Nigeria.

2. SHIPPING
 
2.1 All items will be dispatched Monday to Friday from our UK based warehouse (Excluding Pre-Order Products).
2.2 All orders received before 6am (GMT) from Monday to Friday, will usually be despatched on the same day.
2.3 Within UK, orders up to £50.00 will be despatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery
2.4 Within UK, orders worth over £50.01 will be despatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery
2.5 Overseas / International buyer’s all orders up to £99.99 will be despatched via Royal Mail International Sing For delivery method.
2.6 Overseas / International buyer’s all orders over GBP £100 / USD $ 150 / AUD $ 190 / EUR 120, will be despatched via FedEx or Similar Courier Service.
2.7 Import / Customs Duty : The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws of the destination country. Item seemed to arrive 5 minutes later (very quickly through customs) and It was packaged and sealed well in original box with charger etc and works well - It even has two ladies phone numbers stored in contacts which is a bonus of course might call them later for a chat!- Good value-Fairly priced-Tough phone-Thank you.

    Bad mic

    My overall view is that this is a great phone but I purchased two of them and they both had microphone issues. I had to put both phones in speaker mode for my calls to be heard. I believe that this is a factory issue that can be fixed. Other than that these are great phones.

    Not Verizon Compatible.

    I own a gold and silver HTC One Max cell phone and both work excellent! This one was advertised as unlocked. It did not work on Verizon. At my age, the large screen is perfect! Unlocked phones from outside the USA do not work on Verizon's network, unknown about other phone carriers.

    terrible operating system without warranty

    Compre 4 unidades y todos tuvieron problemas, al uno no le funciona el 4G, a otro le aparece un mensaje que dice encriptacion incorrecta y no me deja entrar al menu por lo que no puedo usar el celular y hable con Maurice que es el vendedor y no me dio ninguna solucion y los de HTC dicen que los telefonos ya no tienen garantia de fabrica, al otro no le funciona el teclado, se traba cuando uno escribe, vienen sin audifonos y sin el cargador original, los 4 celulares fueron comprados de una sola por si se preguntan porque compre 4 si estan malos.

    Htc one m7 red

    The color is the reason I purchased this phone. The phone 📱 overall is good enough however it is dated by today's standards. I love ❤ the color though. Nice addition to my collection.
