    Don't buy if you want to use the code

    I learned the hard way that you should buy this book new if you want to take the associated Strenghths Finder evaluation. The seller is not at fault. The content is great. But buying used isn't the way to go if the unique code in the back of the book has already been used by a different person.

    Very intriguing and explanatory!

    I had no idea there were (at least) 34 different strengths to be applied in the business world. This book gives great insight and a brief overview describing each of them.

    Learn your strengths

    The reading is informative, but the true value lies in the online test. (Personal access code is in the sealed pocket in the back cover) Quit depressing youreself pounding on your weaknesses; focus on identifying and developing your strengths! Every business owner or manager will find gold for staff communication and individuals will find power tools for success in the easy-to-understand explanations.

    Great book but

    Don't buy it used because the whole point of the book is to take a test with a specialized code in the end.Buying it used there is no code or t already has been used :(
