Warranty: All Items sold by McTools come with a 12 month manufacturers warranty unless otherwise stated. This warranty is a Return To Base warranty and all return postage costs will be covered by the customer.

Returns: Please contact us prior to returning your product via the Ebay messaging system, we will issue you with a RMA returns number which must be enclosed with your returned item(s). We advise that returns are sent with a postal service that requires a signature on delivery as we will not accept liability for returned goods lost in the post. In the instance McTools Ltd are liable for return postage costs McTools will not refund return postage above or beyond the initial postage charge.

Faulty Goods If unfortunately you are in reciept of a faulty item we must be informed via the Ebay messaging system or phone within 48 hours of reciept of goods, outside of this period the product will then be refered to the manufacturer for warranty repair / replacement which could take upto 14 days.

Change Of Mind: Inline with DSR all customers have a right to change their mind and return a product. This must be done within 30 working days of reciept of goods. All returned items must be unused with all original packaging and in a resaleable condition. The cost of returning the item(s) to McTools is the customers responsibility. Pro? Really?
I bought this as a birthday present for my son whose birthday was imminent. When the chest arrived I noticed a rattling noise inside it.The drawers wouldn't lock in place when the lid was shut down either. Unlike "Pro" quality tool chests the drawers are pop riveted to the sliders so there is no way to get into the chest other than to remove the rivets. Without sufficient time to order a replacement, I removed two of the riveted drawers to find a component of the drawer locking mechanism floating around in the chest-hence the rattle. This component should have been spot welded in place but wasn't. I pop riveted the component in place as it should have been and also re riveted the drawers to make the chest fit for purpose. So, if you get one of these "Pro" tool chests, give the package a ... I bought this as a birthday present for my son whose birthday was imminent. The box itself is of good quality overall. However, there is a major flaw and it's about the drawers... they do not fully open, only about 60%. The runners might be ball bearings but they are cheap quality... There was also the drawer locking mechanism floating around in the bottom of the box, and to take it out you have to drill out the rivets of the bottom drawer. Talking about drilling out, I'm having to replace all the runners for some fully extended ones to be able to use this toolbox correctly. At the price this Sealey toolbox goes for, don't bother and get the Halford pro one (not ball bearing but half that price) and they probably come from the same Chinese factory anyway...The box itself is of good quality overall. Fair quality
Bit smaller than I thought, wanted it to sit on roller chest, my fault for not reading measurements,looks bigger in picture, down side for me is you can not pull out draws with out having lid up , so you can not leave chest close to a wall as top lid won’t open

Great little tool box
Good valve, made well, Halfords have a copy of this, but not built the same. Sealey one if far superior in quality.
