Badly designed
The dock came with several plastic adapters so that it can hold different phones. Personally I purchased it for my Sony Xperia Z5 Compact. One of the adapters does work for it. However, I always keep my phone in a thin gel protection case.
The description claimed you can use the dock even when your phone has its protective case on, and since it is a pain to put on and remove, I wanted a dock that allows that. While somewhat true, the claim is rather misleading, because none of the plastic adapters are designed to hold the phone with the case. To do that, you have to use the dock without adapter, then the phone with its case fits, but is held in place only by the microUSB connector. It is then very unstable, because the rest of the phone is not supported (the dock's male connector is longer than the phone's female connector is deep). It is also hard to fit and once in place, it dangles on top of the connector.
Fortunately it was rather inexpensive, so I guess you get what you pay for, but I'd rather have saved those few bucks and invested a little more in something a lot better.

Good product but not as good as original
The battery is good, but it doesn't compare to the original one.

problem with flash
although perfectly aligned with the phone and well in front of the flash, since I have this back cover, the flash gives a yellow glow on one side of the pictures. I guess the flash "window" isn't exactly where it should be.
