  Poorly packaged with only thin cardboard and no bubble wrap or foam rubber. . Two of the five lights arrived with damage. The seller provided a partial refund. Note that these light fixtures are significantly bigger than shown. The outside diameter is actually 190mm (7.5 ); not the 170mm (6.7 ) shown in the picture. Likewise, the cut-out diameter is also bigger than shown. Anyhow, the seller is a good communicator.

  The package did arrive crushed and the tinting film did have creases from being crushed, HOWEVER after contacting the seller everything was corrected and I m really happy with the outcome. Definitely I d buy from that seller again.

  Item was packaged damaged already, contacted seller requesting replacement several times, instead a refund was issued which is not what I asked for.. Sellers communication is not what I expected. Originally gave this feedback a negative but seller was really adament for me to change it and issued a refund.. So I changed it to neutral cause this was not a satisfactory process. Hope the seller can learn from this and always inspect the item before shipping to customer.

  Ordered 4 lights listed but was sent 1 light for the price of 4. Filed complaint thru ebay and they said I wanted a return for the one light because I found cheaper ones. I did not state that and they wanted me to pay for return shipping. I kept the 1 light and will not ever buy from this seller again.
