Can’t go wrong with these, I’ve used them for years

As a professional DJ of the past 30 years, I cannot recommend these cans enough. They work well for all genres of dance music. This is my fourth pair since Technics brought them out.

I was told to purchase these at the DJ/Music Production class I am attending in Farringdon. The teacher said that they where the best on the market for DJing. I recieved a pair from an ebay shop for £90 delivered. As I can not compare them to anything else as these are the first pair of decent headphones I have bought but I can say they have a real good sound and compared to the cheap sony MDR 100's they produce much more sound from my walkman and much better. The bass is very good and the full range in fact seems very nice. Using it with my DJ equipment I can really pump out a loud sound on these heaqdphones without damaging them. They also have a good cushioning system which gets a bit hot around the ears but really stops a lot of back ground noise entering. Like I said i have nothing decent to compare them to but compared to my cheap headphones it is truely in a league of its own. Oh plus they have swivel arms so you can place one or both the heads above your ears which is useful for DJing.Vollständige Rezension lesen
the sound quality is adequate though not extra special , lacking a little fullness perhaps but none the less adequate; however, the robust feel and padding and the ability to lock the cups in different positions makes the dj1210 a good deal for under £80
