good value for money easy to learn features are satisfactorily good has everything except Wi - Fi
Probably one of the advantages of this phone is Windows Mobile took instead of Palm OS. You can update this phone with Opera,Skype and other handy software that will let you work productive without caring a netbook. It has a QWERTY keyboard witch makes a chatting more easier although I can say there is some serious disadvantages that you need to look before buying it. The screen is 2.6 inch witch is pretty good, but too bad it's not a touchscreen. It doesn't have an EDGE connection. No secondary video call camera. 312Mhz processor which is pretty slow nowadays. Only just 64mb of RAM. 16bit colors screen No WiFi or Irda. I would recommend to save some cash and take a look at HTC Tytn or XDA Trion,HTC Trinity models.
I have bought 2 of these to replace my family's 'fashion phones' that have proven extremely fragile, unreliable, locked to networks and therefore too costly.. This phone is extremely robust and has a very high build quality. One of these has been dropped twice onto the hard tile floor but is still completely unmarked and working! It is also highly resistant to scratches and scuffs. My daughter who texts constantly was completely wearing out brand new phones in less than 2 months, to the point that they no longer functioned! This second hand Palm phone has already outlasted that and still looks brand new - and even teenagers find it cool!! Refreshingly it just works from the outset and does everything we ask of it really well. The added applications are brilliant as you can actually use it to read and make business documents, surf the net, email and run instant messenger with ease. The rather small QWERTY keyboard seems a challenge at the start, but you soon get used to it and it becomes a real boon, because you can write whatever you like. The menu system is also a bit odd and non-obvious (it is Microsoft after all), but you do get your head around it after a while. The battery life is not great, lasting only around 2 days, but it's tolerable given all that this phone does. My advice is to get one of these now while they are still available. I can't imagine that newer ones will ever be at this level of quality..Vollständige Rezension lesen
The phone is good but finding someone at Vodafone who knows anything about it is like looking for a needle in a haystack. If you get one get it UNLOCKED. However as far as Palm phones go then the 650 is still the one for me.
easy to use menu, lots of features e mail fiddly to set up,once unlocked and settings done it downloaded e mails like a good un and worked fine. Battery life a little limited when using the applications. Like all phones once you have practiced it becomes easy its intuitive as its windows a good secondhand buy, a lot of phone for little money
