Great lens for the money ! Works best with a FX Nikon body- very quick to focus good in low light too. Most modern FX Nikon bodies can cope easily with high ISO - which makes this a great indoors lens - very useable 18mm wide to std.35mm - I love the range of this lens for everyday walk abouts and holidays - razor sharp at all times - reliable work horse - give it a try - you won't be disappointed !

Very pleased with this lens so far, but will need to see it's reliability in the future. Optically it is excellent with minimal distortion.

A bit soft at the edges but what isn't at 18mm a very versatile, light and sharp lens a cheap alternative to the VR wide zoom and at f8 every bit as sharp as the Pro 12 - 24mm
Great wide angle with good centre and edge sharpness. Hardy any difference to the more expensive Nikon 16-35 f4 lens.
