Good points: - Nice screen and feels robust - Easy to transfer Apps and data from another HTC phone - Camera seems to work well - The size and weight are convenient for your pocket or bag and for the readability of text Bad points: - In my view it is very noisy and often blasts you with unwanted music unexpectedly - The manual I received contained 2 pages of explanations in English and 14 pages in German. Unless you are a fluent German speaker you will have to refer to the Internet to find out how to use it - The user interface is, in my view mediocre, and similar to my old small HTC phone, but with patience it can be set up to be user friendly. I've loved the HTC One M7 ever since I got my first one and even now when newer and some people might say better phones are on the market I still think this phone is great. The only reason I had to replace my phones is because i've worn them out so much that I damage/scratch them. I simply can't fault this phone.

always used a HTC phone but the HTC 0ne is a bad phone in my opinion,just keep having problems cant hear calls at either end and didnt recognise sim card plus lots of other problems
