The posthumous publication of previously unavailable academic lectures by Karl Barth allows unprecedented access to the crucial formative years between the production of his two major masterpieces, the Commentary on Romans and the Church Dogmatics. Author Biography
Christopher Asprey studied theology at King's College London before completing a doctorate in the theology of Karl Barth at the University of Aberdeen. He is co-editor of Ecumenism Today: The Universal Church in the 21st Century. He currently teaches dogmatic theology at the Institute Catholique de Paris.
