Some smartphones can be complicated, but is phone,in my opinion, is the most simple and easy to use smartphone. The only minor problem is getting the back off, so patience and care is needed, but very very minor. Love this phone

It not the first Motorola phone at me. Excellent quality, convenient interface. There was a wish that the battery worked more long, but it is trouble of all modern phones.
I like it. Robust construction. But I think not reliable USB and charge socket. Enough quick processor.Good battery capacity. I ordered one more Defy mini for my wife.
A good Basic smart phone which is better when it has been rooted. Water resistant with 'gorilla glass' makes it tougher than most Iphones and other smart phones of similar age. Compact size makes carrying a doddel. pick your service provider and of you go. To be truthful this is not my main phone as I prefer a more basic one for everyday carry (Motorola Z3 or U6) but this is a handy phone if your travelling on business.
