This is an older Dual-Core AMD processor that is excellent value for money. I had a Motherboard which took this processor so marrying them together was simple. Anyone buying this processor needs to be aware of the heat dissipation so careful choice of your Heatsink/Fan is required but once that is done it's all plain sailing. The Processor is fast and being dual core can handle multi-tasking without difficulties. So if you want a good all rounder and you have or can get the Motherboard to match, this is a fair priced processor for most. It will handle most home office requirements whilst still being good for all but the most complex memory/graphics hungry gamers.
On arrival the product had one bent pin which I tried to straighten only to do more damage. I have decided to look for another. Mike Morriss
