Probable good if it works with your Car.

Hit and miss if it works with your vehicle. I doesn't work with a 2004 Nissan Terrano 3.0 Litre Di SVE. I still have to pay £100 a go for dealers to investigate multiple different air bag faults over my years of ownership. The Carsoft i903 doesn't work either.

Modem router or just router, the choice is yours.

It's stable, reasonably easy to connect to isp's but not as long range as I had hoped. The main benefit of this, above the isp's freebie modem routers is that it can handle 32 devices on the 2.4ghz frequency and 5ghz. My EE modem routers becomes unreliable if I connect 12 devices on 2.4ghhz it's ok on 5ghz but then the range is poor. A big plus with the D7000 over the R7000 is that it will also act as just a router if you prefer.

Not so Flash Air

This thing works but Toshibas technical support is total rubbish. Ignore the leaflet that tells you not to enter a password but instead select cancel???, you have to use the password 12345678 to connect to it, via wifi and of course it doesn't tell you what the password is!! It's like the early days of windows all over again.
