Handy kitchen tool
These thermometers are affordable and work as advertised. Both instruments are delicate and require special care. They are useful for kitchen use. They are not industrial models that cost far more money. The probe thermometer requires time to register the temperature. The infrared model is fast and easy to read. However, if you want to try one these types of thermometers this model will provide a cost effective one too try.

The knife that cuts much more than rope

The non-serrated curved edge is ample for skinning and trimming cuts of meat. The serrated edge design is extremely effective and cuts thru sinew and joint ligaments better than a standard edge. The 3½-inch blade is easier to control and more manageable than larger blades. This knife can do a lot more than just cut rope.

The perfect wood carving tool for the new or old wood carver
The up swept point of the blade peels smooth curls of wood from carving projects with ease. The blade design makes smooth sweeping cuts easy. After carving a dozen spoons using maple and wild cherry limbs recovered from storm damage this knife stayed sharp. The only maintenance applied was cleaning and light stropping. The handle shape enables adjusting the blade for precise cutting angles. The laminated steel blade is superior for making smooth carved finishes. I prefer to use this blade lenght for small carving projects.
