2012 F150. Replaced all 4. Had to use the special tool to wake them up but worked perfectly.

As expected
It's OEM. It did not work at first. The electrical contacts were not connecting. I took it apart and found out there were two plastic little bushings missing on the side. I took apart the old one and replaced those from the old one and everything worked. My guess it was like that from the factory.
