Does what it was made for
For the cost of this unit, it is very good. This is not a “high end” electronic circuit device. I only wish it was a high side (positive) PWM circuit instead of a negative side device.

GM RALLY CAPS
Looks to be ORIGINAL GM issue caps. Manufacture date of 1990 on the units I purchased.
