Get OEM if you can.
I wanted to fill out my Olympus kit before things got difficult to obtain and I know from experience that getting the OEM version of battery/power winders is really the only way to go. The materials are better and it is designed to function correctly for that camera. It isn't some back engineered piece that although might be cheaper never holds up to an OEM piece in quality. Also I find as I'm getting older my hands aren't so steady and this grip gives me much more to hold onto
to help steady them, not to mention the extra shots i get with the second battery.

Good product
I really like it for shooting through glass, you can put it right up against the glass to kill those ugly
reflections and unlike a stiff hood it flexes to make a better light seal.
