Good headset, cheap cable

The headset itself works well. You must download the software to use the full functionality. I knocked off a star because the usb cable that goes to the pc from the control box about half way down the cable was loose and falling out by itself. I got a different cable... usb c I think? And it stays in tight and works well. Unfortunately the manufacture and seller both resfused to provide a replacement.
