Blackpool Tram
A superb model beautifully finished and accurately detailed like all of the Corgi OOC range. Is it entertaining? Is it meant to be? Not really, just a superb scale model of a classic streamlined British tramcar of its era.

Atlas Editions MV Wilhelm Gustloff
A very interesting ship model from the notorious 3rd Reich era. Wilhelm Gustloff was a nasty little Swiss Nazi who was assassinated to gain the dubious status of a 3rd Reich martyr. The ship modeled was part of the KdF fleet of cruise ships used to provide sea going holidays for the party faithful. In early 1945 it was used to evacuate East Prussia and was torpedoed by a Russian submarine with a loss of over 9000 lives - the worst recorded loss of life in a maritime disaster. Full marks to Atlas Editions for producing this model and a sobering reminder of that era of horrors that the world went through. The model is well executed and detailed for such a small scale model and is well presented on its own plinth.
