Great product
This thread protector doesn't sit quite as far back on the threads as the protector that is shipped with the factory barrel. But I would rather have a 1/32" gap between the threads and the barrel than to have to tighten the protector every 1 or 2 cycles or be paranoid about losing the the protector all together.
I wasn't sure the o-ring would hold up to the heat of the barrel but I haven't had any issues with it at all.
Great buy. This should be the standard for all threaded barrel protectors.

2 von 2 finden das hilfreich I love this stock! It looks great and feels more solid than the Ruger polymer stock that came on the rifle.
Easy to install and once it's put into the storage configuration the whole rifle will fit into the large pocket of the Ruger carry bag that the rifle came with! When going on a hike I can now just put it in my backpack without fear of the two parts banging around or having to wrap it up so the parts don't mar each other . This stock is great quality and worth purchasing!
