Great starter kit!
I bought the kit b/c of everything included. I've not had the chance (or need) to use the extra tools (chain/spoke), but I'm sure they'll come in handy some day. The only knock is the mini-pump doesn't have the capacity I'd likely need to get a tire to 45-50 lbs. on trail. Otherwise, I've quite happy with the buy and product so far!

Good starter bench despite OK quality.

At $55 it's a decent starter bench, but the parts list and instructions were cryptic, and in some cases bolts were not properly numerated. The components that move don't align once tightened down, the pads are pretty small, and the bench can tip with more than 20lbs. on the spindle.
I'm adapting to what the bench "can do", which works fine for my needs, which is pretty much isometrics and toning. I would not recommend this product to someone intending to build mass.
