It is a good product ad I would definitely buy it again if I am still alive by the time it runs out. I am old
I had a little trouble installing it but I called Norton and it worked.

How about one word. "JUNK"
It will not do what is advertised. It only moves files which you can do yourself if you have a backup program on the computer. I would not recommend buying it under any circumstances. It is a shame to see ebay sell this product. The most valuable thing the software has is a long ethernet cable for connecting two computers together. I spent hours on the phone with the software's "tech support". Finally the guy on the other end admitted that the software won't do what I wanted. $35.95 spent that I might as well have tossed into the wind.

it works
plugged appropriate plugs into it, then to my stereo system and everything worked as advertised.
