Great little cable!
I know this may sound kind of strange, but I've been wanting to convert my cd's into cassette format. Watching the "80's" on CNN made me long for another time. This cable did the job. I just created my playlists on my old ipod classic, plugged in the red and white ends into my never used cassette recorder and created all kinds of tapes. Great cable, I would highly recommend it!

The Only Big Band CD You'll Ever Need
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich This is by far one of the best big band cd collections that I've been able to purchase. The music is authentic and each track flows beautifully with the next. The disc boasts 20 excellent big band cuts. Some of the songs included are Glenn Miller's, "In The Mood," Duke Ellington's, "Take the A Train," Tommy Dorsey's, "Song of India," and an eight minute version of Louis Prima's,
"Sing, Sing, Sing," delivered by the incomperable Benny Goodman, with Gene Krupa on drums.
The liner notes are informative although not extensive. They give the recording date and location of each piece along with a very brief song description. Track numbers as well as individual playing time is included. The cd runs a generous seventy one minutes.
In all I found this collection well worth the money. I didn't grow up during this time period, but I have fond memories of my father playing this music in our home as a child. He always told me that it was the best. After listening to a collection like this, I tend to agree.

A Look Back at A Great Band
For being as old as it is, the picture quality is okay. It's grainy and at times there are glitches. You have to take it for what it is, a video of a period in time. Tom Fogerty is rarely visible. He's always off to the side. Nobody took this material and remastered the picture or looked for the best quality of tape available. I'm fine with it. The sound quality is much better than the picture. The song selection is good. Overall it's average because of the picture quality. If at any time someone did take this and remaster this it would be well worth the purchase.
