A great compilation
A very worthwhile purchase, I’ve read a few reviews about slowdown on this version but playing a few zones of each game honestly I haven’t noticed anything glaring. It has that “emulation” effect to it like there’s the odd sound effect or pitch of music that just sounds a little ‘off’ on occasion but it’s a solid little compilation.
The best part is there’s Sonic 3 with its lock on modes intact. This is very well worth it. I think it may be the only portable version released actually. Arguably the best Sonic game ever made now on a handheld!
My little lad is getting into numerous games and this will be something fun to play together. It’s remarkable how the old 16-bit Sonics don’t seem to age.
I’d recommend this!
