Shoe itself is fine but was improperly used. The metal spikes are on so tight and ran on surfaces that they shouldn’t have been run on. I’ve spent HOURS with spike tighteners and pliers trying to get them off but they’re crusted on . I’ve done track for 5+ years and NEVER have run into an issue like this. I’m going to have to buy multiple special tools just to get these spikes out…
