Excellent Quality; Highly Recommended
This set of four 1lb Olympic weight plates are of high quality. I'm pleased to have added these to the other "change plate" denominations in my well-outfitted home gym. I can certainly recommend these if you happen to be looking to add some 1lb plates to your own home gym.

Can't go wrong with quality York products...
A while back I bought a York International Bi-Tri-Trap Bar with Rubber Grips and was quite pleased with its quality and versatility. That led me to purchase a York International Curl Bar with Rubber Grips when Unbeatable Sales had it listed on eBay at an attractively discounted price. I'm very glad that I did. You can't go wrong with quality York products.

Good quality wall charts; priced affordably.
I have several of the QuickFit series of fitness wall charts for my well outfitted home gym, including this one for cable machine workouts. These laminated posters are well designed, of good quality, and are typically priced very affordably.
