Don't waste your money avoid this product

I bought this product (4 of them to be exact) because they were on sale. I used it this morning and I immediately felt nauseated. I had the lemonade one but it tastes horrible. "Old Tyme" lemonade tastes 1000 times better than this stuff. It just ruined my workout today and I literally throw all 4 bottles in the trash can. Do yourself a favor and buy C4 or any other pre-workout drink and you would not have wasted your money. By the way, this stuff does not dissolve in the water either . I had a nasty looking sludge at the bottom of my nalgene bottle. I drunk the whole mix hoping it would give me some energy but nothing. If I could give it a zero star I would have but I don't have that choice. Avoid, avoid and avoid would be my advice!

Good product, good energy you need for a good workout.

I am changing pre workout drinks every month because your body gets used to it and you need to switch. This is the first time I am using this product and so far I am very happy with it. It gives me the energy that I need to do my usual workout.
