I read the book Afraid and loved it so I bought Horror Stories. This was one of those books that you don't want to put down after you start reading it. Nearly all of the stories were great, the ones in the rear of the book weren't as good. He has a wild imagination- from classic horror to cannibalism to aliens- he's written about it all in this book! Jack Kilborn or J.A. Konrath or whoever he wants to be, is right up there on my favorite author list.

Keeps kids intrigued
My 7 year old read this at her school library and learned many weird and interesting facts. She wanted me to buy it so she can read it at home.

What the F***
I don't know what possessed me to buy this book, but I did nonetheless. Some of the stories were worth reading, others not so much. There were spelling errors in nearly every story; very bad editing, if at all. I'm not a gay male but the story, Blur, by Alan Mills was extremely erotic and in my opinion the best in the book. That story alone was worth the purchase price.
