T40097 socket

I needed this socket and couldn't find it anywhere here in north America. It was a great price and even with paying priority shipping from the u.k was worth it since I needed it right away. But once I got the socket the inside walls were too thick. I had to dremmel and file down at least 6 of the 12 sides to just be able to hammer the socket on to remove the intended nut in the transmission. I expect a socket to fit perfectly. When you have to spend over an hour modifying it, that is not a proper tool. I do not recommend buying unless you don't mind wasting time grinding down the inside like I had to to make it fit. Maybe this was just my bad luck that I got the one defective socket or maybe just a bad batch but either way it was very frustrating. That was my experience.
