Mario Batali's Simple Italian Food by Mario Batali
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I love watching Mario cook. Now I'll have the chance to do some cooking of my own. The recipes are simple as the title states. You will not go wrong with this book. I'm an Italian- American and I'm quite fussy on what I consider to be authentic. These recipes are the real deal.

I will be living in Tuscany this summer. The book is just perfect to wet our appetites! The photos are wonderful and the recipes are all authentic!
I could make just about everthing. It will be put to good use. I'll also know what to ask the cook to make at our villa.
