Do not buY!
fabric does not allow for adjustments/expansion. leg straps cannot be tightened, no stretchability. Very little velcro to hold so no adjustments there. Resistance bands offer no resistance as they are so short and have minimal stretch ability that they too are virtually useless. Would never buy again.
