  I placed an order on 9 December with an estimated delivery date of 17 December, intended as a Christmas gift. However, the seller "missed" the order and sent it on the 17th via standard post, despite charging $20 for shipping. They failed to upgrade to express delivery, and the item arrived too late. My initial follow-up was ignored, and on Christmas Eve, the seller's dismissive reply was: "I’m sorry. Show the picture and blame the post." This lack of accountability is unacceptable. I cannot re
