A powerful sleep aid
I love how well somnapure works. It's great for my anxiety too. When I take it, I dim the lights around my house to mimic sunset and get the melatonin to really work. I combine it with a guided full body relaxation meditation and drift into deep sleep, sometimes with the headphones still in.

Very tingly!
The copper ones feel so much better and more tingly than the silver-colored ones. It has smooth round copper bead ends that aren't plastic-coated like "The Tingler". I prefer this to receive the full conduction benefits.
Good construction and quality and easy to bend into the perfect shape and size for my head. It comes with the tines flat for shipping and you have to spread them out around the handle so that it will go around your head evenly. The most important part is to adjust the diameter of the tines. If you leave the tines too close together it will feel scratchy. The idea is to get the tines wide enough apart so that they only lightly expand over your scalp to get the tingle effect, unless sometimes you just want a good scratch!
