Perfect for the stacking phase.
So these blocks are made out of cardboard and they nest within each other. Really they are boxes with the smallest one being a cube. They are perfect for two-year-olds to three-year-olds who are in the stacking phase with the bold pictures and letter print on the outside. The durability is what I expected, but I know some children and pets would destroy them. I like that the box has a handle on it so that the child can actually carry it around.

Cross Stitch Fanatic
This is fun and easy to do kit. The hardest part is the inner border around the letter. Count it out using the main diagram. The stitches are basic with the most difficult being variations of the chain stitch. The directions are detailed because the chart is accompanied by written instructions for each border and ribbon. There is enough yarn, but be careful as there isn't much extra. The Herta cloth is softer than Aida fabric and also much easier to work with due to the large count size. This is a good kit to use a gift as it takes less time than most other pillow kits. I did purchase fusible embroidery stabilizer to iron on the back of the Herta after finishing the design, as I do with all cross stitch pillow kits. This helps keep the thread ends secure.
