Better design
This new head works so much better than the old design with the side cups (that I suppose were meant to be wheels?) which just collected hair until it got too thick and tangled in the inner screw that the cup popped off. I have 3 dogs and my home is carpeted, hence the large amounts of hair.
This new design has no side cups and proper smaller even spaced wheels that actually help the head to slide on carpet. The new side filter suction is also a good feature as now I can use this for both carpeted and hard floor surfaces. The wider spaced bristles in the turbo head also stops large clumps of hair from tangling up.
