aperparetly had been opened . I guess three out of four is not bad unless the one you realy wanteed was the bad one.
one of the bottles was dried up , hard and crispy .

Nice for the price,
no English directions , illustrations are vague . decals are all Japanese, they could made them but didn't . needs additional parts to make a complete scene for model railroads.
