Like new! It slides over my hair more smoothly than many other hot tools curling irons I have purchased. I am glad the spare parts were included. The spring on these curling irons go bad for me over time. Thank you!!

I have not used this product before. I bought it just to try it. Sometimes you have to take a chance on new products since you can't test them for a color match or to see if the product works for you. The price on ebay was good for trying a product I have not used before.
