Three pieces bike mount
The aluminum sleeves where the fork rests are separate from the main body of the mount so that the weight of the bike rests on the thin skewer shaft. the sleeves should b one piece with the mount so that the weight of the bike is supported by the mount not the skewer.

Ironman gloves
Best gloves that I have owned that really prevent hand soreness even on longer rides.
I was amazed that after a 67 mile ride I hadn't even thought about my hands being sore.
Great gloves with excellent padding.
